About
Abhilasha Gulhane

Abhilasha Gulhane is a visual artist based in San Francisco, in the Bay Area, California. Her current series, Human Mind and Technology Ecosystem (2026), uses white acrylic line on deep burgundy and navy grounds to map human thought, nature, and economy as one geometry. Living in the Bay Area, the work is shaped by the AI and technology world around her, and by the oceans and mountains of this landscape.

The mark comes from Warli wall art: a spare, rhythmic line language she treats as a tool for describing the mind, not as a folk story. Heads become circuit cities. Data becomes current. Pattern becomes a way of seeing inner and outer worlds at the same scale.

Two works from her practice were shown at BlackRock Giving Days, San Francisco, for two consecutive years (2023 and 2024).
